It depends really. If you are a good C++ developer, then either one will be fine. If you are still learning C++, I would go with XNA + C# since C# is much easier to understand and work with than C++. This way you can focus on the DirectX part of the learning vs having to figure out both C++ and DirectX + COM at the same time.</description>
