Excellent Coding Font for Visual Studio
As I have mentioned before, I tend to change the default color/fonts of Visual Studio pretty quick when I install it. Today, I found a really cool coding font that I instantly set as my default font in Visual Studio. It looks very easy on the eyes and makes my code look sweet (something needs to do that… and it ain’t the quality of it!).
You can read about it and get it from here. This is what it looks like:

I’ve been using FixedSys for years. No install required, works like a champ.
Also set it to the default font in Textpad (another v. good Notepad replacement).

That sure is a nice font.
Also worth mentioning is Microsof’s Consolas typeface which is also easy on the eyes. Evryone with Windows Vista or Microsoft Office 2007 obviously already has this font on their system, but for those who haven’t it’s certainly worth checking out.
